What happens when you delete

  1. Right away

    Your account is deactivated

As soon as you confirm, your account is soft-deleted — you're signed out and it stops working. Nothing is gone yet.

  2. Days 1–30

    30-day grace period

Changed your mind? Contact support within the grace period and we'll restore your account exactly as it was.

  3. After day 30

    Permanent deletion

Your account and personal data are permanently deleted and can't be recovered.

What gets deleted, what we keep

Deleted

  • Profile info — name, phone, email
  • Saved delivery addresses
  • Preferences
  • Device & push notification tokens

Kept where the law requires

Certain transaction and payment records — for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention — are retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.

Request deletion

Submit the email or phone number on your account and we'll start the process.

We may verify your identity before processing the request, to protect your account.
