How do I track my order?
Open the Orders tab and select your active order. You'll see live status and your rider's location as your meal makes its way to you.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel any time before the restaurant confirms it. If you've already paid, your refund goes instantly to your Veat wallet.
My payment failed — what do I do?
Nothing is lost. The order stays in Payment Pending — find it in your active orders and tap Retry Payment. You won't need to rebuild your cart.
How do refunds work?
Refunds for cancelled or failed orders are credited to your Veat wallet automatically. Use the balance on your next order, or top up any time.
How do I pay for an order?
Two ways, both secured by Paystack. You can pay online with card or bank transfer at checkout, or top up your Veat wallet once and pay for orders straight from your balance — no re-entering card details every time.
How do Veat Rewards work?
Every 10 completed orders, you get 500 back in your Veat wallet. It adds up while you eat.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your Veat account and data any time. Head to our Delete account page for step-by-step instructions and what happens next.
